Pentingnya Komunikasi Interpersonal Kepala Sekolah Guna Menumbuhkan Motivasi Kerja Guru

Abstract

Through communication, one can express the thoughts, feelings, hopes and impressions of others, as well as understand the thoughts, feelings and impressions of other people. And with communication anyway, someone can also influence. Both positively and negatively. The aim of the research is to review how important the principal's interpersonal communication is to the teacher's work motivation. This research was conducted using a literature review (literature review), which is a search and summarizes some empirical literature that is appropriate and relevant to the theme. The results of the discussion from this study reveal that interpersonal relationships are used to encourage and encourage good work. Principals have interpersonal communication skills if they are able to be synergized will have a positive impact on teacher performance. Interpersonal communication becomes very important because interpersonal communication can increase mutual understanding between teachers as subordinates and superiors, and improve the coordination of various types of activities or different tasks to foster and encourage the work motivation of teachers.
