Abstract
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to find out how the management of infrastructure is carried out at SMAN 2 Tarutung. This study used a qualitative method, as the research respondents were vice principals of school facilities and infrastructure. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study are (1) the purpose of managing educational facilities and infrastructure is to facilitate and expedite an activity (2) planning of educational facilities and infrastructure is carried out by analyzing school needs (3) procuring facilities and infrastructure is carried out by purchasing new goods by managing funds from the government or community assistance (4) recording of educational facilities and infrastructure by providing a record of the item code, and the total price of the goods (5) storage of educational facilities and infrastructure regarding storage for ATK stored in a special ATK warehouse and for large items stored in a warehouse special storage and well-organized and protected from damage (6) maintenance of educational facilities and infrastructure through daily maintenance (7) Deletion of facilities and infrastructure is done by checking the items and judging from their function whether they are still suitable and not suitable for use.
