Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the Church Partnership (CP) discipleship activities had on the character of the youth assisted by the Lentera Kasih Agape Foundation (YLKA) Dolok Sanggul in 2022. The method used in this study was quantitative inferential statistics, with a population of all youth assisted by the Foundation. Lentera Kasih Agape Dolok Sanggul with a total of 62 teenagers based on data from the Lentera Kasih Agape Dolok Sanggul Foundation, and a sample of 32 was determined. The data were collected using a closed questionnaire of 32 items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant effect between discipleship activities by the Church Partnership (CP) on the Character of Youth Assisted by the Lentera Kasih Agape Foundation (YLKA) Dolok Sanggul in 2022.: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) test the relationship with a positive direction the value of rxy = 0.544 > rtable (a=0.05, n=32) = 0.349. Thus, it is known that there is a positive relationship between the X variable and the Y variable. b) The significance test is obtained by the value of tcount = 3.555 > ttable(a=0 ,05,dk=n-2=30)= 2,042 thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Test the effect with the formula: a) Test the regression equation, the regression equation Y = 22.566 + 0.130X . b) Test the coefficient of regression determination (r2) = 29.60%. 3) Test the hypothesis by using the F test, it is obtained that Fcount > ftable(df) = N-2 = 32-2 = 30, namely 12.636 > 4.17. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.
